A Quebec coroner is recommending more resources and education in order to prevent domestic violence in this province. This after an inquiry into the deaths of a mother, father and their two young children in 2019.
The father killed his family before taking his own life. Advocates are reacting to the report with optimism but believe there is still a long way to go. Global’s Dan Spector reports.
