Frustration growing over Calgary’s outdoor watering restrictions

Do as I say, not as I do? Outdoor water use has been banned for the past five days in Calgary while a massive water main break is repaired, but as Meghan Cobb reports, Calgarians are becoming frustrated with the restrictions as it seems some city crews don’t have to adhere to the same rules.
