Whitby resident reacts to staggering auto theft report

A Whitby resident that has experienced auto theft numerous times shares her thoughts on the skyrocketing amount of auto theft insurance claims in Durham region. The Insurance Bureau of Canada revealed a staggering report of the top 10 costliest cities in Ontario for auto theft claims, and four cities on the list are in Durham. Vanessa Wright reports.
