Volunteers behind the H.O.P.E. Outreach have been working tirelessly to support vulnerable women in the Okanagan for almost two decades -and now the not-for-profit has been dissolved. As Sydney Morton tells us, even though this is the end of the H.O.P.E. Outreach, it might not be the end of its programming.
