City of Toronto investigating cause of early morning Sunday noises

An unsanctioned rave appears to be the source of noise complaints from residents living along Toronto’s waterfront. City officials are now looking into the event after councillors were inundated with messages from unhappy constituents who were kept up until 5 a.m. Matthew Bingley reports.
