Canada to give permanent residency to caregivers upon arrival

On Monday, Canada introduced a new pilot program that will grant permanent residency status to caregivers as soon as they arrive in the country. “The biggest change coming in these new pilots will be providing a one-step immigration process,” Immigration Minister Marc Miller said.
