Following a cabinet meeting on Thursday, Nova Scotia Premier Tim Houston described the death of a baby involved in an ATV crash in Lunenburg County is a “heartbreaking situation.” Despite the condolences, Houston sidestepped any immediate talk of strengthening laws regarding children and off-road vehicles.
