Winnipeg councilor looks to Calgary public safety report to step crime

On Thursday, Winnipeg city councilor Markus Chambers said, “I’m seeing whether the report from Calgary applies to the problems Winnipeg is experiencing and hopefully we can discuss the report at a police board level.”
