A grim anniversary is approaching for a small central Ontario community. May 25th marks one year since a toddler was found dead on the grounds of a daycare in Baltimore, Ont., just north of Cobourg. As Robert Lothian reports, in the months since, there’s been grief and community support, but few answers.
