There are continued calls for change after a deadly past few days in Montreal. A major brawl in the Plateau-Mont-Royal borough earlier this week left three dead, including a 15-year-old. Now opposition parties at the National Assembly are putting forward solution to what they are calling a public security crisis. Global’s Franca Mignacca reports.
