Florida authorities are searching for a boater who struck and killed a 15-year-old girl on Saturday and then fled the scene. The fatal collision occurred near Nixon Beach in Key Biscayne, a barrier island off the coast of Miami, Fla., according to a Fish and Wildlife statement.
