‘Critical’ renewal of Regina’s warehouse district to begin Sunday: mayor

On Thursday, Regina Mayor Sandra Masters said , “By July you’ll see the project well underway and it’s absolutely critical to connecting downtown with brand new infrastructure in addition to commercial and residential space.”
