New report claims whole logs used for B.C. wood pellet production

A new report from the Canadian Centre for Policy Alternatives says Japan has become a huge market for wood pellets from B.C. and claims many of those pellets are made from whole logs, and not scrap wood, as the industry claims. Alissa Thibault has the details, and the government’s response to the allegations.
