Dartmouth councillor speaks out on proposed Dartmouth Cove infilling

A private company is one step closer to dumping pyritic slate into Dartmouth Cove, filling in the entire body of water. The councillor for the area has been vocal on his disapproval of the project and is calling on the province as a last-ditch effort to stop the infilling. Amber Fryday has the story.
