French Prime Minister Gabriel Attal’s official stay in Canada has now come to a close. His tour ended with talks on the economy in Montreal, following a news conference in Quebec City on Friday. But much of the leader’s time in Quebec was focused on an issue that remains contentious in the province, that of secularism. Global’s Franca Mignacca reports.
