Kingston prepared for traffic chaos leading up to eclipse day. City officials had earlier predicted anywhere from 70-thousand to half a million people descending on the city. That’s about 3-times Kingston’s population. But those predictions failed to materialize. While some of the prime viewing locations were busy — many of the streets were strangely quiet.
