Ontario budget: Bethlenfalvy says projected deficits temporary but results of spending to be ‘felt for decades to come’

Ontario Finance Minister Peter Bethlenfalvy tabled the province’s financial plan for the coming year on Tuesday, stating in the Ontario legislature that while the deficits projected in the budget would be temporary, the results of government spending would be “felt for decades to come.”
