No charges for Chinatown mural tagger

B.C.’s Prosecution Service is not pursuing charges against a man accused of defacing a Chinatown mural. The incident took place two years ago and was caught on video. But despite the evidence, it was unlikely to attain a conviction. Kristen Robinson explains.
