Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Wednesday that Russia was technically ready for nuclear war and that the country will treat the U.S. as “interventionists” if they sent troops to Ukraine. "From the technical point of view, of course we are ready," Putin told a journalist, when asked whether Russia was really ready for a nuclear war. “They (the missiles) are constantly combat ready.”
