Couple describes a night living on Edmonton’s streets during extreme cold

Troy Cardinal and Leanne Wuttunee will often sleep on Edmonton streets, instead of visiting a shelter. They say they will lay down a piece of cardboard and a few blankets in order to keep warm in temperatures that dip below -30 C.
