CRAB Park encampment cleanup set to begin March 25

After several delays, the clean-up at Vancouver’s CRAB Park homeless encampment will begin later this month, but many people who live there aren’t happy about the news. The city says the action is necessary because the area has become unsafe. Alissa Thibault reports.
