Massey Tunnel lane-control system going offline temporarily

The electronic lane control system at the George Massey Tunnel is being turned off temporarily to upgrade the system. Starting Monday, a manual system of cones, barriers and traffic control workers will be out directing the flow of vehicles for the next four weeks.
