City of Toronto battling rising cost of FIFA World Cup games

The price tag for hosting six World Cup games jumped by another $80 million over two years and Toronto stands to make little tax revenue. While continuing to distance herself from how the deal was struck, Mayor Olivia Chow is doing her best to limit the damage. Matthew Bingley reports.
