Tomorrow may be the last day of February but mother nature giving us a stark reminder that we are still in the thick of winter. The latest winter storm swept through the region Tuesday night – it caused some major traffic back-ups and turned roads into ice rinks and as Klaudia Van Emmerik reports, the City of Kelowna is taking some responsibility for the slippery conditions.
