New images were released of the suspect who is believed to have hit and killed a mother of three from Fort Saskatchewan. Kassandra Gartner had run over a spike belt on 50th Street and was examining the damage when she hit by a U-Haul truck police were actually trying to stop as is fled Beaumont into south Edmonton. The suspect remains at large and now, the use of the police tool is under the microscope. Lisa MacGregor reports.
