It's the final day of the B.C. Winter Games in Lhtako Quesnel, and we're getting to know one of the many coaches in attendance -- archery coach Bernard Manuel. And, out of the hundreds of athletes, Prince George's Cillian Hollybow is taking home the prestigious WR Bennett Award for excellence and leadership.
