Prime Minister Justin Trudeau defended Canada’s defence spending levels as he wrapped up a three-day visit to Ukraine and Poland on Monday. Trudeau said Canada is the seventh-largest contributor to the defence of all 31 NATO allies but acknowledged it has “more to do.” Abigail Bimman reports.
