On Friday, Manitoba Finance Minister Adrien Sala said, “Going from a $363 million projected deficit to a $1.6 billion deficit is entirely different from an additional unplanned announcement but so far we’ve demonstrated our governments ability to deliver on priorities without adding to the deficit.”
