Major investment in Winnipeg infrastructure already underway, mayor says

On Friday, Winnipeg Mayor Scott Gillingham said, “We have over a billion dollars invested in our wastewater system whether it’s the North End Water Treatment Plant, the interceptor, which is a large pipe, that will serve the Southwest Winnipeg community affected by the leak.”
