February 16, 2024
In November 2023, City of Winnipeg workers found a leak in two pipes crossing the Red River, which were installed in 1970. On February 7, the bypass pipe burst, spilling 191.8 litres of untreated sewage into the Red River. Global's Marney Blunt has more.

In November 2023, City of Winnipeg workers found a leak in two pipes crossing the Red River, which were installed in 1970. On February 7, the bypass pipe burst, spilling 191.8 litres of untreated sewage into the Red River. Global's Marney Blunt has more.
