Alliance Transit, a group of public transit advocates have long claimed there is a lack of funding to better finance mass commuter transit. They are joining forces to offer the government some solutions to boost much-needed spending. As Tim Sargeant reports, they insist a new financing system will dramatically improve mobility and reduce congestion in greater Montreal.
