It has been a difficult few years for Quebec families, from the effects of the pandemic to the recent health and education strikes.The combination of several crises has had a negative impact on the well-being of children and their parents. That’s according to a recent survey conducted by a Quebec physician in collaboration with two provincial parents associations. Global’s Felicia Parrillo reports.
