Katz Group, Boyle Street in legal dispute over $5M donation pledge

Edmonton city councillors are weighing in on a legal battle between Boyle Street Community Services and a branch of a company founded by Daryl Katz. The group bought the building from Boyle, a deal which already included $5 million for the land and a $10-million community foundation donation. But the heart of the battle centres around a promised $5-million donation. Morgan Black reports.
