Winnipeg police face variety of volatile situations over weekend, chief says

On Monday, Winnipeg police Chief Danny Smyth said, “We’re seeing people under the influence of drugs, under the stressors of mental health, or sometimes we’re seeing pure criminal behaviour and we don’t know which is affecting the situation until we get there.”
