Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has ordered the military to prepare an evacuation plan for the city of Rafah, ahead of an expanded ground offensive in Gaza. More than a million people are living in overcrowded conditions along the Egyptian border after fleeing Israeli airstrikes in the North. Crystal Goomansingh reports.
