Colorado lawyer says he hopes Supreme Court will ‘uphold the rule of law’ in case against Trump

The U.S. Supreme Court is set to hear arguments Thursday on whether Donald Trump is eligible to run again for president — and the fate of both his candidacy and the 2024 election campaign are at stake. Eric Olson, the lawyer responsible for bringing the ballot removal case forward to the Colorado Supreme Court, said he hopes the court will “uphold the rule of law.”
