On Saturday, Iran’s interior minister condemned overnight U.S. air strikes in Iraq and Syria against more than 85 targets linked to Iran’s Revolutionary Guard (IRGC) and the militias it backs. Interior Minister Ahmad Vahidi said that the strikes would, “lead to the flames of the resistance,” and that Washington should, “act wisely.” The strikes were in retaliation for last weekend’s drone attack in Jordan that killed three U.S. troops.
