The International Court of Justice (ICJ) dismissed much of Ukraine’s 2017 case against Russia on violating United Nations (UN) treaties on Wednesday — including allegations that they funded pro-Russian separatists in Ukraine who shot down Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 in 2014.
