City of Winnipeg to upgrade security infrastructure, staffing, following Edmonton incident

City of Winnipeg chief administrative officer Michael Jack said on Tuesday, “Edmonton’s incident is very concerning, and we will take an organization-wide look and build something I can call a comprehensive security program.”
