Couple wins court case against Air Canada for flight disruptions

Canadian federal air passenger protection regulations are meant to compensate travellers for flight disruptions. But, some airlines often ignore those rules, so for passengers, the only option is to take those companies to court. Our Heidi Petracek spoke to one couple that took on Canada’s biggest airline.
