Winters Hotel fire inquest day four

The manager of the Winters Hotel, which went up in flames in April of 2022 killing two people, has told an inquest she didn’t get sprinklers and alarms re-set after an earlier smaller fire, in part because she had been told to watch the budget. Travis Prasad reports.
