The Republican race to the White House has effectively become a two-person race, after Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis suspended his campaign on Sunday and supported former U.S. president Donald Trump instead, less than two days before the New Hampshire primary. “It’s clear to me that a majority of Republican primary voters want to give Donald Trump another chance,” DeSantis said.
