Quebec premier warns Ottawa about reaching ‘breaking point’ with asylum seekers

Quebec says it has reached its breaking point. Those are the words Quebec Premier Francois Legault used in a letter to the prime minister, asking that he slow the influx of asylum seekers entering the province. Though the federal government is reassuring Quebec, advocates for asylum seeker say, the premier is exaggerating. Global’s Felicia Parrillo has more.
