Investigating the state of Vancouver’s shelters during a cold snap

With a cold snap upon us, the City of Vancouver says there are hundreds of shelter spaces and warming centres available for people who are experiencing homelessness. But is it enough, and how many will actually use them? Kristen Robinson reports.
