After large groups of African asylum seekers were seen sleeping outside of a housing support centre in Toronto, a number of churches stepped in to help. But, the strain on resources made it clear a more permanent solution was needed. Now, one of those churches is hoping to build a 500 bed shelter in the Peterborough area. Germain Ma has more.
