Peel Police Chief Nishan Duraiappah and Homicide Bureau Inspector Phillip King took the podium on Tuesday to provide an update on the ongoing investigation into a shooting that resulted in the death of 19-year-old Raneilia Richards on Dec. 31, 2023. Richards is believed to be an innocent bystander in the crime.
