An aide to the leader of Yemen’s Houthi movement said on Tuesday that the U.S. “will not escape punishment and retaliation,” after sinking three Houthi boats and killing 10 militants in the Red Sea. Safar Al-Sufi, secretary to Houthi leader Abdel-Malek al-Houthi said at a press conference in Sanaa that America’s “reckless actions” on behalf of Israel were affecting international shipping and warned the U.S. would not escape “punishment and retaliation.”
