Spring 2023 was off to a rocky start in Quebec as the province was hit with an ice storm at the beginning of April. The storm knocked out power to one million Quebecers and there were three fatalities as a result. Our reporters were on the ground during the storm, speaking to people, getting updates from officials — and even working without electricity ourselves. Global’s Felicia Parrillo explains.
