Approximately 200,000 people are expected to gather at Toronto’s waterfront for the city’s New Year’s celebrations. But many more will be ringing in the New Year at bars and restaurants across the city. We’ll take a look at how those preparations are going. Also, a person has died following an overnight stabbing at a city-run shelter.
