A man suspected of stealing the latest artwork by the popular street artist Banksy was arrested in London, U.K., on Saturday. Local police say a man in his twenties was taken into custody on suspicion of theft and criminal damage, while pictures and videos posted online showed the man using pliers to break off the sign.
